- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆HORRIBLE SCAM OF A COMPANY! I get a letter in the mail from them saying I owe $8 for past due toll roads. I checked my toll pass and it was current to date. I called this company to find out what was going on and they wanted all my information. I said I'm not giving you MY information until you tell me who YOU are and why you're wanting $8 from me. My name and address was completely wrong on this letter. The woman I spoke to not only cursed at me, but told me she would terminate the call if I didn't answer HER questions about me. I repeated that I would not give my personal information that according to this letter she already has without knowing who this company was. So I called a "supervisor" and left a voicemail, called back and got a nice woman who kindly explained the situation (that I don't owe any money). But I've never been assaulted over the phone like I was with the previous woman. Then to find MULTIPLE complaints online about this company that they're a scam. Not sure what to believe but I will be reporting them to the BBB.By Amy Strickland, January 17, 2017
