- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★The UPS delivery driver never gave notice of final delivery, the item I was supposed to receive was being sent back to shipper. It was an important item. I was frustrated, how was I supposed to know it was getting sent back if the driver never left anything for me to see? I contacted Linda, and she was very helpful. There was an issue with releasing the package within their system. She went above and beyond by helping me out, and getting the package released to me.
